PCB Prototyping Facility

pcb prototyping equipment

Automated PCB prototyping capability provides ESL researchers and students same-day turnaround for manufacturing RF board designs. The state-of-the-art circuit board plotter is capable of resolutions as fine as 0.25 μm (0.01mils) using a 62,000 rpm drill. The vacuum tabletop holds the workpieces tightly against the work surface, eliminating substrate irregularities. An integrated fiducial recognition camera can be used to align boards for double- or multi-layer production in a quick and accurate way.
