Ramandeep Vilkhu Receives Prestigious Undergraduate Scholarship Award

Raman Vilkhu - an undergraduate student, carrying out research under Dr. Asimina Kiourti's supervision at ESL - has been selected to receive an IEEE MTT-S Undergraduate Scholarship for Spring 2017.
Raman's project, Wearable Sensors for Elbow Flexion Monitoring, involves research on textile-based sensors and textile-based power generation methods. This award includes a $1,500 scholarship and a travel reimbursement to attend IMS 2017 (Jun. 4-9, 2017, Honolulu, HI, USA), where he will receive a certificate of recognition by the IEEE MTT-S Society.
