Raman Vilkhu Awarded Tech Hub Student Project Grant

Congratulations to Raman Vilkhu for winning the 2017 Student Project Grant from Tech Hub at OSU.  Raman worked with fellow undergraduate student Wesley Thio from the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry.  Raman and Wesley were part of eight semi-finalists in the competition and were selected as one of the four winners on November 15, 2017. 

Raman and Wesley collaborated on a project to develop flexible batteries powered by electrochemical fabrics.  Raman is currently advised by Prof. Asimina Kiourti here at ESL while Wesley is advised by Prof. Anne Co in Chemistry and Biochemistry  and Prof. Chandan Sen from OSU’s Dept. of Surgery.
