ESL contributes supplies to help fight COVID-19

Posted:

Similar to other members of our Ohio State community, team members at the ElectroScience Laboratory have asked: “How can we help health care workers fight the COVID-19 pandemic?”

One of the answers shared by The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center was to donate unopened medical supplies. In response, ESL gathered a selection of personal protective equipment (PPE), including boxes of face masks and protective apparel, to contribute. Spencer Smith, the facilities coordinator at ESL, graciously transported the equipment to the medical center’s designated drop-off donation center.

Are you also looking for a way to help? Ohio State has shared ways you can make a difference for medical professionals on the front lines — whether donating meals, sharing encouraging words, donating blood, offering financial support, or contributing supplies.
